Durst teams up with Koenig and Bauer

Koenig and Bauer is setting up a joint venture with Durst to developing single-pass digital printing systems for the folding carton and corrugated fiberboard industry, including the VariJet106. The two companies signed a 50/50 joint venture agreement in Munich this week to establish Koenig & Bauer Durst GmbH, which should be up and running by the end of May.
