Plockmatic acquires Watkiss

The Plockmatic Group, which also includes Morgana, has acquired Watkiss Automation, a British company that produces a range of book binding and other finishing kit. Watkiss is best known for its PowerSquare range aimed at the production print market. Watkiss will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plockmatic International, which itself is part of the Grimaldi Industrial Group, based in Stockholm.
