Rotoflex has launched a new digital finishing unit, the DF3, which is aimed at label converters with digital and non-hybrid label presses without inline converting functionality. It takes webs up to 340mm wide and runs at 228mpm with full rotary die cutting. It has a rail system for various processes including lamination, foil decoration, rotary screen (both conventional or UV digital alternatives) and advanced waste removal.
