Xerox offers HP shareholders $24 per share

Xerox will offer HP shareholders $24.00 per share, made up of $18.40 in cash and 0.149 Xerox shares, conditional upon Xerox securing a majority of the HP share stock. HP has said that it will set out its plans to offer shareholders more value to persuade them not to take the Xerox offer next week when it discusses its financial results for the quarter ended 31st January 2020.
